When you book a Bevi Seafood on-site boil, you’re getting more than just crawfish — you’re getting a true South Louisiana experience brought straight to your home, backyard, or event space. We roll up with our boil trailer, fire up the pots, and cook everything fresh right where the good times are happening. It’s authentic, it’s delicious, and it’s the easiest party you’ll ever host.

What to Expect

Arrival & Setup

We arrive about an hour before your event to get the pots hot and the water seasoned. While you greet guests, we’re getting that signature Bevi aroma rolling through the air.

The Boil

You tell us when you want the crawfish ready. We time the batches to hit the table hot, bright red, and seasoned just right. We’ll keep the crawfish coming until everyone’s full and happy.

Fixin’s & Add-Ons

Potatoes, sausage, corn, mushrooms — all cooked in the same seasoned boil for that deep Cajun flavor your guests won’t stop talking about. Fixin's are priced in bundles - 3 potatoes, 3 corn ears, etc

Clean-Up & Breakdown

When the feast is done, we pack up the trailer, clean our work area, and slip out easy as can be. No mess, no stress — just good memories.

FAQ

 

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as early as you can, especially during peak crawfish season (February–June). Weekends fill up fast, sha.

 

How many people can you serve?

We can handle small backyard parties or large gatherings. Most folks plan on 3–5 pounds of crawfish per person, depending on the crowd. We'll use the number of people to give you an estimate on costs.

 

What’s the minimum order?

For an on-site boil, we typically require a minimum of  250lbs to fire up the trailer.

 

Do you bring all the equipment?

Yes, chère. We bring the trailer, pots, burners, tables — everything needed to run a full boil. All you provide is the space and the hungry people.

 

How long does the whole experience take?

We arrive about an hour before your requested serve time. The boil itself usually runs 1–2 hours, depending on the size of your party.

 

Do you boil on-site at homes?

Absolutely. Driveways, backyards, patios — as long as we have a safe space to park the trailer, we can make it work.

 

What’s included?

Fresh Louisiana crawfish, our signature seasoning blend, fixin’s (if you choose them), setup, boiling, serving, and cleanup. You get the whole Bevi experience.

What’s not included?

We’re not a traditional catering company. We handle the boil — the crawfish, the seasoning, the cooking, and the cleanup of our boil setup. But everything else for your party is on you.

You’re responsible for:

  • Party setup and serving tables

  • Napkins, paper towels, plates, and utensils

  • Trash cans and trash pick-up

  • Drinks, ice, and coolers

  • Any décor, seating, or entertainment

We bring the crawfish and the know-how. You bring the party. That’s how a real South Louisiana boil comes together.

What if some guests don’t eat crawfish?

That’s where the fixin’s shine — potatoes, sausage, corn, mushrooms, and more. They’re hearty, flavorful, and give non-crawfish eaters something to enjoy.

Do you handle leftovers?

We’ll pack up anything you want to keep and take care of the rest.

 

Is this messy?

It can be — but the good kind of messy. We serve outside on tables covered with paper for easy cleanup, just like a traditional Louisiana boil. You are responsible for the paper or providing crawfish trays.

Do you travel outside the immediate area?

Yes, depending on the date and distance. Additional travel fees may apply. Just ask and we’ll see what we can do.

Do you offer shrimp or crab boils?

We sure do. Just let us know what you’re craving, and we’ll build the perfect boil for your crowd. Keep in mind, seafood availability may vary.

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?

No, our crawfish and fixin’s are cooked together in the same seasoned boil, so we’re not able to adjust for dietary restrictions or allergies. It’s the traditional way we’ve boiled for generations. If a guest needs something different, we recommend they bring along a separate option.
