Turtle Soup, The Cure & Roast Beef Debris

Chef Justin has introduced a classic new dish to Bevi Seafood Co.'s menu: Turtle Soup. Made with real turtle meat this authentic take on a traditional New Orleans dish is hearty and here to stay. Along with Seafood Gumbo, Turtle Soup is now a permanent fixture on the menu and in the to-go section! We still offer a special soup of the day which you can get with half of any po-boy with our Soup and Sandwich Special.
In addition to this classic, Chef Justin has also added The Cure to Bevi Seafood Co.'s po-boy offerings. The sandwich features two hot sausage patties, an over easy egg and American cheese with pepper jelly to finish it off. The Cure refers to what Chef Justin LeBlanc feels the sandwich will become known for, a hangover cure, which, in a city like New Orleans could drive the masses.
